European Junior&U23 Championships was a great intro to next weekend’s senior championships

In just a couple of weeks time we’ll see the best European whitewater slalom racers in three great events. Junior and U23 European Championships on a beautiful new whitewater stadium in Markkleeberg was a great intro, that will be followed by European Senior Championships next weekend in Bratislava and World Championships in Tacen in beginning of September.

The young guns showed we can count on them in the future. Eva Terčelj (SLO) won 3rd place and gave the title of the best European junior to Clara Giai Pron (ITA). Third place in U23 K1W was also the place for sandiliner Corinna Kuhnle (AUT). Sideris Tasiadis (GER) a sandiEquipe member finished 4th.
