*Make sure the product you send in for repair it's dry and clean, so we can help you out without any setbacks. If the item received is not clean or dry, we might be forced to apply additional cleaning charges or (in the most unfortunate scenario) send it back. If the item is damaged beyond repair or the repair costs are too high, don't worry – we'll get in touch with you and let you know before making any further steps in the repair process.

Once we receive your dry suit, our expert team will complete the necessary repairs. The repair process usually takes between 1-3 weeks. We repair : dry suits, dry or semy dry jackets, dry pants, wetsuits, neoprene shirts, neoprene pants, lifejackets, spraydecks, hiking pants, canyoning wetsuits etc…


We do not repair: clothing that is not for watersports usage, neoprene shoes, articles that are not made by Sandiline and were determined that can not be repaired by one of our team memberdum.

Since Your gear will be restored instead of replaced, some repairs might be visible. The Visible repairs might occur on repairs done on wetsuits , spraydecks , hiking pants and other neoprene articles. 

Repairs that include latex/neoprene cuffs, latex/neoprene collars, dry zippers, or fabric/latex socks will be meticulously restored to their original splendor. The repaired areas will resemble a newly minted part of the dry suit.

All repairs are being carried out at our production facility on the sunny side of the Alps in Slovenia, where Sandiline gear is also manufactured.

Deliveries within Slovenia are done inside 24hours and cost €4.

Shipping times within the EU vary from 3 to 5 business days and cost 12€.

Shipping outside the EU takes from 4 to 7 business days with a cost of 15€, and shipping overseas takes between 3 to 4 weeks with a shipping cost of 30€.

For orders above 200€, shipping within the EU is free.
